According to TheTruthAboutGuns.com the deceased 32 year-old Keith Ratliff found in Carnesville, GA is the same Keith Ratliff who is the manager of the YouTube personality known as FPSRussia (Kyle Lamar Myers).
This has been confirmed by Kitty Wandel:

As I am sure most of you know Keith Ratliff has been with the FPS Russia channel for quite some time now, helping us out with everything from pulling pranks to finding almost impossible weapons to use in videos.
